The Options
I offer a range of mediation options proportionate to the size and complexity of your dispute.
In-person mediation
As the mediator, Alistair will dedicate time to meeting with each party separately in their private rooms, aiming to grasp their perspectives and collaboratively navigate towards a resolution. This process might involve Alistair assuming a devil's-advocate role to scrutinise the strengths and weaknesses of each party's stance. Alistair will also facilitate discussions on potential solutions, convey offers between parties, and assist them in understanding the implications of each proposal.

Remote video-conference mediation
This is an excellent and practical alternative to a face-to-face mediation, using online video-conferencing technology so you don't have to leave your own home or office. It's ideal where there are reasons a face-to-face mediation is unsuitable, such as disability or geographical distance, and is great for international mediations. It can be used for half- or full-day mediations. I recommend Zoom, which is free.
