I am happy to conduct mediations via video-conferencing and telephone where this is preferred to a face-to-face meeting. It is ideal where there are reasons a face-to-face mediation is unsuitable, such as disability or geographical distance, and it works especially well for international mediations.
I have conducted a wide range of remote mediations via Zoom, from relatively small matters to multi-million-pound disputes. With proper setup and the use of virtual private rooms, remote sessions closely mirror in-person mediations and have proved highly successful. Sessions can be used for half- or full-day mediations.
A 10% discount applies to remote mediations based on the guideline rates.
